I am starting a new meditation class on alternate Thursday evenings at 6.30pm; while suitable for beginners, people with some experience of meditation will also benefit as we look at a different theme and technique each time. There is also time for spiritual discussion and sharing of experiences.Cost is $14 per class or $60 for a 5 class pass. Call me for more info and to book.
